Custom Mailer Boxes for Electronics & Tech
- From 100 boxes
- $1.40 a box at volume
- Free design
Tech buyers judge unboxing hard, and the product inside is fragile and expensive to replace.
Rigid and sleeve formats with cut to fit inserts, so the product sits still in transit and looks deliberate when it's opened.

An estimate, not a quote
$1.99to$2.66a box
About $498 to $664 for 250 boxes, before shipping.
- From 100 boxes, free design, and a proof you sign off before anything prints.
- 3 to 5 days on press once you approve the proof, then 1 to 7 days in transit.
- No card needed to build a list. We price it properly and send it back, usually the same working day.
Why this box
When mailer boxes are the right call
Buy a mailer when the box is the parcel and your customer is the one opening it. It ships on its own, it survives a courier, and it is the one format here where the print is certain to be seen by the person who paid for what is inside. If it is going to a warehouse to be unpacked by staff, you are paying for print nobody will look at.
How it is made
What happens on press
One sheet of E flute corrugate, printed flat, die cut and creased, then folded into a self locking box with a tuck front. Nothing is glued and nothing is assembled by hand, which keeps it one of the lower cost printed boxes that can take a trip through the post on its own.
Sizes
Will your product fit?
Three sizes that cover most orders. They are a starting point rather than a menu, because every box is cut to your own measurements, so if your product lands between two rows we make the one in between.

What we'd suggest
What electronics & tech brands usually order
Sleeve boxes and rigid boxes with a cut to fit insert, usually one size per product rather than a range, and usually with somebody thinking hard about the order things are found in. Runs start small and get large quickly, so it is worth setting the artwork up as though the second order will be ten times the first.
Worth knowing
A mistake worth avoiding
Designing the box around the device alone. A cable, a manual and a charger all have to live somewhere, and a layout built for the product on its own has nowhere to put them. List everything that ships in the box, then build the box.
What you get
Why electronics & tech brands choose these
- Printed in full color, inside and out
- Tough enough to ship without an extra outer box
- Matte, gloss or soft touch finishes
- Sized to fit your product so nothing rattles around
Worth comparing before you order
Mailer Boxes are not the only format that suits electronics and tech brands. These are the others we would put in front of you, and we will tell you if one of them is cheaper for what you actually ship.
