What we collect

When you ask for a quote or a sample pack: your name, email address, company name if you give one, and what you told us about the boxes you need. That is it. There is no account to create and we do not ask for a card.

When you send artwork: the files themselves, which we keep on file so a reorder does not mean starting again.

Our server keeps ordinary request logs, which include IP addresses, for security and debugging.

We count what happens on the site so we can tell which parts are useful: that somebody priced a box, added one to a quote list, or sent a request, along with the page it happened on and the box type and quantity. That counting is done by us, on our own server. It records no IP address, sets no cookie, and cannot be tied back to you or to any visit.

What we do not collect

We do not take payment details on this site. There is no checkout here, so no card number ever reaches us.

We do not run advertising trackers, and we do not set cookies to follow you around other sites. The only cookie this site sets is the one that keeps our own staff signed into the admin.

We do not use Google Analytics or any other third party analytics service. The counting described above happens on our own server and the numbers stay with us.

If you tick the box to have your details remembered on a form, your name, email, company and phone are saved in your own browser so you do not type them again. That copy stays on your device, is never sent to us for that purpose, and unticking the box deletes it straight away. It is off unless you turn it on.

We do not buy contact lists and we do not sell yours.

Why we keep it

To answer your enquiry, price your job, produce your boxes and get them to you. That is the whole purpose. If you ask a question and never order, we keep the message so we recognise you if you come back.

We do not add you to a mailing list because you asked for a quote. If we ever start sending a newsletter it will be something you opt into.

Who else sees it

Our manufacturing partner sees what they need to make your order: the artwork, the specification and the delivery address. They cannot use it for anything else.

Our email provider handles the messages we send you, and our hosting provider runs the site. Both are processors acting on our instructions.

Nobody else, unless the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that never became an order: about two years, then deleted.

Order records: seven years, because tax and accounting rules require it.

Artwork and dielines: for as long as you are a customer, so reorders stay easy. Ask and we will delete them sooner.

Your choices

Ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will do it. We may have to keep order records where the law says so, and we will tell you if that applies.

Depending on where you live you may have additional rights, including under the GDPR in Europe or the CCPA in California. We apply the same approach to everyone rather than treating people differently by postcode.

Security

The site runs over HTTPS. Access to enquiry data is limited to the people who need it and is behind a login. No system is perfect, and anyone who claims otherwise is selling something, but we do not keep what we do not need, which is the most effective protection there is.

Children

This is a business to business site and is not aimed at children.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date below. If a change is significant, and it affects an order you have with us, we will tell you directly.
