You know what you need
Send the box type, rough sizes and a quantity. We’ll come back with a price and a free design mockup, usually the same working day.

You want to see it first
We’ll mail you a free sample pack so you can feel the board and check the print before you commit to a run. No card needed.

You’re still working it out
Not sure which box, or what size? Tell us what you sell and roughly how many you ship a month, and we’ll tell you what to order.

Ask us anything
A person reads every one of these. No ticket number, no autoresponder, and no mailing list for having asked.
If you already know the box you want, the quote form is faster: it asks for the size and the quantity up front, which is what a price needs.
Before you write
What to put in the first message
Most quotes come back the same working day when the first email says what you sell, roughly how big it is and how many you think you need. When those arrive one at a time, the same quote takes three days and none of them are spent pricing anything.
If you do not know the quantity, say what you ship in a month. If you do not know the size, send a photo of the product next to a ruler and we will work it out from that.

Straight answers
Before you write to us
Five things worth knowing, including how to get an answer in one message instead of four.
What is the fastest way to get an answer?
Email, with the box size and quantity in the first message. Most quotes turn round the same working day when those two things are in the email, and take three days when they arrive one at a time.
Can I speak to someone on the phone?
Yes, if the job is complicated enough to need it. Leave a number on the quote form and say a call would be easier. We will not phone you otherwise, because most packaging questions are answered better with a photograph than a conversation.
What should I include in a first message?
What you sell, roughly how big it is, and how many boxes you think you need. A photo of the product beside a ruler is worth four paragraphs. If you do not know the quantity, say what you ship in a month.
Do you work weekends?
No, and we would rather admit it than have a bot answer at 2am. Messages sent over a weekend get read first thing Monday, and urgent ones do get flagged.
I already have a supplier. Is it worth talking to you?
Only if something is wrong with the one you have: minimums too high, artwork rounds too slow, price crept up. If your current run works and the price is fair, keep it. We will tell you that rather than talk you out of it.
What is your minimum order?
A hundred boxes on every format. That is low enough to test a design properly and high enough that the setup cost per box does not become silly. If you need fewer than a hundred, a stock box with a printed sticker is genuinely the better buy and we will say so.
Are you cheaper than the big packaging websites?
On small and mid sized runs, usually, because we are not paying for a self serve design app and a marketing budget. On very large runs, no. A company that owns its own press will beat us once the quantity is high enough to fill it, and we would rather tell you that than lose your trust later.
What happens if the print comes out wrong?
If it does not match the proof you approved, that is on us and we put it right. If it matches the proof but you have changed your mind, that is a reprint you pay for. Colour on press has a tolerance against a screen, which is why the free sample pack exists before you commit.
Do you keep my artwork for reorders?
Yes, the artwork and the dieline both. A reorder is one message and the same box turns up again at the same specification, which is the whole reason most of our customers come back rather than start again somewhere else.
Can you help if I have no design at all?
That is most first orders. Send us a logo in any format you have and tell us what you sell. A designer builds the artwork onto the correct dieline and sends a proof. There is no fee for it, and there is no template builder you have to fight.
Are your boxes recyclable?
Plain kraft and uncoated corrugated go in ordinary US kerbside recycling. A gloss or soft touch laminate, or a foil stamp, can stop a box being recyclable, so if that matters to you say so at the quote stage and we will design around it. We do not hold an FSC certification and we will not claim one.
Or just start with a quote.
