Why this box
When shipping boxes are the right call
Buy a printed shipper when protection matters more than ceremony, or when a smaller printed box is going inside it. It takes a beating better than a mailer and it prints for less per square inch. If your customer opens it, a mailer is the better buy. If a warehouse opens it, this is.
How it is made
What happens on press
B flute corrugate, printed and die cut flat, then folded into a regular slotted case and taped at your end. It is the oldest and cheapest construction in the trade, which is precisely why it is good at the one job it has.
Sizes
Will your product fit?
Three sizes that cover most orders. They are a starting point rather than a menu, because every box is cut to your own measurements, so if your product lands between two rows we make the one in between.

Bulk and wholesale
What shipping boxes cost in bulk
Every quantity we run, with the unit price at each. The discount is real and it is not endless, and the table says where it stops rather than implying that a bigger order is always the better deal.
Wholesale pricing
The same shipping boxes at each quantity we run. Unit prices, so you can see where the bulk discount actually lands.
| Quantity | Per box | Off unit price | The run |
|---|---|---|---|
| 100minimum | $2.16 to $2.88 | base price | about $240 |
| 250 | $1.37 to $1.82 | 37% | about $379 |
| 500 | 97¢ to $1.29 | 55% | about $537 |
| 1,000 | 90¢ to $1.20 | 58% | about $1,000 |
| 2,500 | 90¢ to $1.20 | 58% | about $2,500 |
Up to 58% off the unit price between 100 boxes and 2,500. It stops falling at around 1,000: setup spreads across a run and board, ink and freight do not, so past that point a bigger order costs proportionally more rather than less per box.
Ranges, not quotes, and before shipping and tax. Price your own size and finish for a closer number, or send it over and we come back with the real one.
What you get
What comes with shipping boxes
- Single or double wall corrugated
- Full color, or a simpler and cheaper print
- Sized to your product to keep shipping costs down
- Strong enough for heavier items
Not sure this is the right box?
On a first order, the format usually matters more than the supplier. Tell us what you ship and roughly how many go out a month, and we will say so if a cheaper format does the job.

Example of our print workShipping Boxes for Subscription Boxes
Reorderable mailer runs with pricing that still works when you're shipping the same box over and over.

Rigid boxes and snug inserts that survive the courier, finished so the box works as gift wrap on its own.
Example of our print workShipping Boxes for Electronics & Tech
Rigid and sleeve formats with cut to fit inserts, so the product sits still in transit and looks deliberate when it's opened.
We print shipping boxes for these too. They are not the first format we would suggest for every one of them, and each page says which one we would.

Sizing
How to measure a box (and why your first one is usually wrong)
Box dimensions are always inside measurements, and always in the same order. Get either wrong and your product does not fit.

Artwork
What a dieline is, and how to send artwork that actually prints
A dieline is the flat map of your box before it gets folded. Everything that goes wrong in printing goes wrong here first.

Mailer box vs shipping box vs folding carton
A mailer is the box people picture first. For a product that lives on a shelf, a folding carton is often the better buy.
