Custom Box Inserts for Electronics & Tech
- From 100 boxes
- 80 cents an insert at volume
- Free design
Tech buyers judge unboxing hard, and the product inside is fragile and expensive to replace.
Rigid and sleeve formats with cut to fit inserts, so the product sits still in transit and looks deliberate when it's opened.

Why this box
When box inserts are the right call
Buy an insert the moment anything inside the box can move. It is one of the cheapest upgrades in packaging, from about 80 cents at volume, and it decides whether a box arrives feeling considered or sounding like a maraca. Around glass it stops being an upgrade and starts being the point.
How it is made
What happens on press
Cut from corrugate, chipboard or foam to the shape of your product, then dropped into the box you were already buying. No printing and no gluing, so the die is the only real setup and a repeat of the same insert is straightforward.
Sizes
Will your product fit?
Three sizes that cover most orders. They are a starting point rather than a menu, because every box is cut to your own measurements, so if your product lands between two rows we make the one in between.

What we'd suggest
What electronics & tech brands usually order
Sleeve boxes and rigid boxes with a cut to fit insert, usually one size per product rather than a range, and usually with somebody thinking hard about the order things are found in. Runs start small and get large quickly, so it is worth setting the artwork up as though the second order will be ten times the first.
Worth knowing
A mistake worth avoiding
Designing the box around the device alone. A cable, a manual and a charger all have to live somewhere, and a layout built for the product on its own has nowhere to put them. List everything that ships in the box, then build the box.
What you get
Why electronics & tech brands choose these
- Foam, corrugated, paperboard or molded pulp
- Cut to your product's exact shape
- Holds multi piece sets in place
- Doubles as protection, so fewer breakages
Worth comparing before you order
Box Inserts are not the only format that suits electronics and tech brands. These are the others we would put in front of you, and we will tell you if one of them is cheaper for what you actually ship.
