The same answer either way
This page says a link is on its way whether or not that address has an account. That is deliberate, and it is worth explaining rather than looking like a bug: a page that says “no account for that email” tells anybody who asks which of our customers are our customers, and on a business where the buyer list has value, that is not ours to give away.
If nothing arrives within a few minutes, check the spam folder first, then try the other address you might have used. Still nothing, and send us a message and a person will sort it out.
